Booking an appointment is easy! Simply visit our Bookings page on the website and choose the service, date, and time that works best for you. We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or same-day cancellations will incur an additional charge on your next appointment. For no-shows, you will need to pay for the missed service before booking a new one.

We do not offer refunds, but we do provide store credit for future purchases. For exchanges, please return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it.
