   • A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can accommodate you later the same day, depending on availability. If not, your appointment will be canceled.

2. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within this time frame, there will be no penalty.
   • Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment or failure to show up will result in an additional charge on your next appointment.
   • Last-minute cancellations may affect future appointment availability and will be subject to a fee.

3. No Show

   • If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice (no show), you will be required to settle the full service cost before booking any future appointments. This policy ensures that the time reserved for you is used productively and respectfully.

4. Rescheduling
