Shipping Policy

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from our store in Puerto Rico.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

All orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Each customer will receive a shipping notification once the package leaves our store. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us for an update. We typically take 2-3 days to process your order, but processing may take longer during busy periods. Local shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Once your order is placed, you will receive email notifications for:

  1. Your package’s tracking number.
  2. When your package is out for delivery.
  3. When your package has been delivered.

If you haven’t received a shipping notification for your order after 7 days, please contact us via info@facebyelissette.com.

PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGED, OR LOST

We understand that losing or having a package stolen can be frustrating. However, FACE BY ELISSETTE cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages after delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct, as incorrect addresses can lead to lost packages.

If the package has been delivered to the address you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if it is lost or stolen after delivery.

In the rare case that your package is lost during transit, this becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We recommend reaching out directly to USPS for assistance.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If USPS tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first contact the carrier to provide a secure delivery address or arrange to pick up the package at the nearest post office to your shipping address.


Exchange Policy

For exchanges, please email us at sales@facebyelissette.com with an explanation of why you need the exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of the delivery or pick-up date.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchange items. Once we receive and confirm that the item has been returned in acceptable condition, we will send an email to process the exchange. If the item is returned used or altered, the exchange will not be accepted, and the item may be shipped back to the customer.

Items on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for future purchases.
